Payment terms are provided at the time services are scheduled. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension of services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Water Pool Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
The following terms apply to our SMS messaging program.
Blue Water Pool Service sends service related SMS messages to customers including appointment reminders, technician arrival notifications, service completion updates, chemical balance reports, billing notifications, and responses to customer support inquiries.
Customers may opt in to receive SMS messages by entering their mobile phone number in the service request form on our website at https://bluewaterpoolservice.yourpoolsite.com/ and selecting the SMS consent checkbox agreeing to receive service related text messages from Blue Water Pool Service.
Message frequency varies depending on service activity but typically does not exceed 8 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Blue Water Pool Service unless you opt in again.
